The 80% cotton and 20% polyester blend of the brushed back jersey inner is not only designed to stand wash and wear, but has excellent durability, great pilling resistance and enhanced comfort.

Face made of 100% combed cotton: Exceptional and smooth 100% cotton printing surface, this is due to the cotton fibres being treated before they are spun into yarn.

Brushed inner made of 80% cotton/20% polyester blend: Allows for the great wash-resistance and supreme durability whilst delivering maximum comfort and insulation.

 4. Printability

You can print anything using any printing technique (including DTG which is shown opposite) as the face is 100% combed cotton! Create simple up to fine detailing designs and even photo realism imitations.

Print an 80/20 Cotton Poly Like You Would a 100% Cotton T-Shirt

Due to the cotton printability and its smooth surface, you can print our 80/20 sweats just like a classic 100% combed cotton t-shirt!

Disclaimer:

Please note for DTG printing, fabric like our KK333 will need testing to get the perfect print. The machine might need adjusting in order to the right pretreat level, due to the fabric being thicker than a t-shirt. Then, the ink level has to pair correctly with the percentage of saturation from the pretreat.
